HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders are usually dispatched within 0-3 working days. For orders within Germany, shipping takes an additional 6 to 9 working days.
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING
It may take 0-2 days for the tracking number to appear in the courier's system. Occasionally, the courier may lose an order. If the tracking number still doesn't work after a few days, contact the carrier.
I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER
Orders are usually dispatched within 0-2 working days. For orders within Germany, shipping takes an additional 3 to 7 working days.
